ETi (Hong Kong) International Co., Ltd., wholly-owned subsidiary of China’s leading LED enterprise ETi, and ETi Solid State Lighting Inc.(hereinafter jointly referred to as ‘the franchise party’) has signed “franchise agreement” on trademark usage with Whirlpool Properties，Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the franchisor’), Whirlpool’s subsidiary.  

Under the deal, the franchise party is authorized to use Whirlpool’s registered trademark ‘WHIRLPOOL’ for labeling on designated products and sales in USA and Canada, the specific markets.  The franchise party will be eligible to sell authorized LED general lighting products, which include LED lights, LED bulbs (including but not limited to light sources of LED module and upgraded LED light etc. ), remote control system for LED lighting and external drive for LED light, in specific markets.
