The once unpopular LED lighting has gradually become one of the best choices with increasing number of procurement projects and enlarged procurement scale.

In 2012, the number of government procurement for LED lighting products is about 200, a procurement scale of RMB 262m. As compared to the previous years, significant improvement was made in both the number and scale of procurement projects.
