Honglitronics announced on June 25 that, the company signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with San'an Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.. The contract period is 3 years. According to the agreement, during the first year of the partnership, Honglitronics shall purchase LED chips worth RMB 280 million from San'an Opto. The purchase orders for the following two years are to be confirmed by written supplement contracts signed with 12 months prior to date.
